Click on the name of any one person. 

If you don not find people from that country then Click on Current city option, Select any city related to your search's country, or any other city in Foreign country.

Step 5.
After finding a person, send him friend request. 

Make more friends by viewing his friend list and sending Friend requests to other people also.

Step 4.in this last step it will show a message in a window,your account will be deleted in 14 days.press ok button to continue.

You can reactivate your account within 14 days if u want,otherwise facebook will delete your acoount Permanently after 14 days.
